Note that our response time may be delayed up to 72 hours as our office hours have been temporarily adjusted. 

Questions specific to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster or the Ticketmaster app should be directed to Ticketmaster. 

The Gila River Arena Box Office is currently closed for the health and safety of our employees and guests. Once state, local authorities and the CDC allow us to return to work we will be able to assist  guests who purchased tickets directly from our Box Office.

Guests who purchased tickets through a third party, such as StubHub, vividseats, etc, must reach out to that company for assistance.
