• Guests should be prepared to answer health related screening questions before entering the venue.
• Parking passes must be purchased online here prior to arriving at the venue.
• Cash will no longer be accepted anywhere in the venue. Credit card transactions only.
• Masks must be worn at all times.
• Ticket purchasers must enter through a designated entry gate based on their seat location.
• Guests must practice social distancing at all times.
• Concessions can be ordered and paid for from fans’ mobile phones and picked up in an express pickup line.

• PBRs Limited Capacity Pod Seating has been created to execute a safer seating environment, limiting groupings of fans to pods of 8 or less seats. Fans are NOT required to purchase all seats in a pod group. Fans may be seated next to other fans not in your immediate group on the day of the event. Fans are asked to respect one another to provide a safe environment for everyone in attendance by wearing their masks at all times.
• The box office will open 1 hour prior to event time. Credit card transactions only, no cash payments will be accepted. We highly encourage fans to purchase tickets online at Ticketmaster.com prior to arriving at the venue.  
• Tickets to the 2020 PBR event will not be valid for this years PBR event. 
• All Patrons must have a ticket regardless of age. No exceptions.

Ticket purchasers will be assigned a designated gate to enter through based on their seat location.

NO BAGS OF ANY KIND including diaper bags, clutches, clear bags, purses, backpacks, fanny packs, etc. will be permitted inside the building to help reduce touchpoints for all staff and guests. Guests who arrive at the venue with these items will be asked to return them to their car.
