It’s our goal to create that first-time magic for everyone who comes into the arena by providing a memorable experience by greeting our guests with a smile, offering assistance and delivering exceptional service to make every guest feel like a VIP!
Guest Services Booths
Guest Services Booths are located at section 115 and 226 and staffed with Guests Services Representatives who can assist you with questions, concerns and providing assistance to guests with disabilities and or special needs (See Disabled Services). Guests may also contact the Guest Services Department at 623-772-3240 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
When ordering accessible/disabled tickets, it is important to indicate that you require such seating, so we can properly assist you. Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena and may be purchased through Ticketmaster or by visiting the Gila River Arena Box Office. Wheelchair accessible ticket windows are located at the main Box Office at Gate 5. Adjacent companion seating may be purchased based on availability.
To purchase accessible/disabled tickets through Ticketmaster:
1. Call Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000. Press 9 after selecting the correct event.
2. To order tickets online, visit Ticketmaster.com and click the accessible seating symbol.
3. Visit a Ticketmaster retail outlet and request accessible tickets. Locations are listed at Ticketmaster.com.
Assistive Listening Devices
Guests with hearing impairments may sign out an assistive listening device from the Gate 3 Guest Services Booth. A valid driver’s license will be held until the device is returned. These devices are available for all hockey games and events where the house sound system is used.
Gila River Arena and our partners strongly encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and will strictly enforce the following policies:
• Any guest appearing to be intoxicated before entering Gila River Arena may be denied entry. Any guest found intoxicated within the Arena or is causing a disturbance, as determined by management, will be asked to leave the Arena without refund.
• Alcoholic beverages may not leave the arena.
• Guests are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase.
• To encourage responsible drinking, Gila River Arena and LEVY RESTAURANTS participate in the Good Sport Designated Driver Program during hockey games. Guests over 21 years of age who sign a form promising not to consume alcoholic beverages will receive a coupon for a free non-alcoholic beverage. Designated Drivers can sign up at the Gate 3 Guest Services booth.
• Gila River Arena management reserves the right to eject and have cited any individuals under the age of 21 who illegally purchase, possess or consume alcohol or are visibly intoxicated. Individuals providing alcohol to those under 21 will also be ejected and subject to citation.
• Alcohol sales will end at the beginning of the third period for hockey games and generally one hour prior to the end of other events. Last call times are subject to change without notice.
• Guests found with alcohol brought from outside the Arena may be ejected.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
There are five (5) SunWest Federal Credit Union ATMs located in the following sections:
• Main Concourse next to the Coyotes Den
• Main Concourse near Gate 1 at Section 108
• Upper Concourse near Sections 205 and 219
• Club Suite Level, across from Suite 1147
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted inside Gila River Arena for Arizona Coyotes games; however, they must be constructed of flame retardant material, may not be obstructive of corporate signage and may not be displayed during play of game due to sightline restrictions. Banners or signs may not be placed on railings, walls or be commercial in nature, obscene or cause a disturbance to other fans. Poles or sticks to display banners or flags are prohibited. Gila River Arena reserves the right to remove any banner or sign without exception. Banner and sign restrictions may vary for non-sporting events.
As a general rule, still cameras are permitted at most events. Restrictions on the use of still and video cameras vary by event and are determined by the event producer. Standard photography is permitted for most sporting events (flash photography is not permitted in the seating bowl), but may not interfere with the view of other guests. Professional photography, cameras with detachable lenses and audio and video taping are prohibited. (No GoPro type cameras, no selfie-sticks.) Guests should contact Gila River Arena Guest Services at 623.772.3240 for event-specific information. (*NHL POLICY: For all Coyotes and NHL games, fans are allowed to bring still cameras into Gila River Arena. The use of flashes and all recording devices is strictly prohibited.)
Cell Phone Chargers
Take “charge” of your experience by charging your cell phone from the comfort of your seat! Powrtabs are now available at the Gate 3 Guest Services Center by Section 115 for only $5.00! Powrtabs are recyclable and biodegradable cell phone chargers that will provide you with 4 hours of charging time. Good for iPhone and Android devices.
For Arizona Coyotes hockey games, children under 36" in height or under the age of 2 are not required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult. For other events, visit the event information page to verify ticket age requirements.
The Arizona Coyotes and Gila River Arena are committed to being a "good neighbor" and corporate citizen. Concessions and Food & Beverage
LEVY is the food and beverage partner of Gila River Arena. Outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited. Parents with small children may bring bottles of formula, snacks or milk inside the arena. For hockey games, one sealed water bottle per person is allowed. For all other events call 623-772-3240 for water bottle restrictions.
Diaper Changing Stations
Diaper changing stations are located in all men’s, women’s and family washrooms.
Gila River Arena is 100% ADA compliant. The arena offers conveniently located disabled parking spaces with van accessible spaces included. Wheelchair access is provided at restrooms, drinking fountains, concession/merchandise stands and ticket counters.
Disabled parking is available in lots B, G, J, and Yellow. A state-issued disabled license plate or placard must be presented to enter this reserved section.
Gila River Arena is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the Arena. Should you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact Guest Services in advance or see any Guest Services staff member during the event.
All ticket holders should record their section, row and seat numbers at home and/or the office. It is important for babysitters and family members to have this information and call the arena receptionist at 623.772.3260 should an emergency arise. Messengers may only locate those individuals if given specific seat information.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures
Gila River Arena personnel have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those guests with disabilities, in the case of an emergency. Please pay careful attention to ushers and security personnel for instructions during an evacuation.
All guests entering the Arena during an event are subject to a visual inspection, bag check and metal detector inspection conducted by Gila River Arena security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items. Large bags, suitcases and beach bags are not permitted into the arena. Guests who refuse inspection may be denied entry by Arena management.
Family washrooms are located in the northeast and southwest corners of both the lower and upper concourse levels, as well as on both suite levels.
Arizona Coyotes and Gila River Arena intend to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable family-friendly environment. Our family atmosphere restricts foul or abusive language and obscene gestures. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not permitted on arena property. Seemingly intoxicated guests will not be granted access into the arena. During Arizona Coyotes games, guests should be alert and aware of hockey equipment, sticks, pucks, breaking glass and players that may enter the seating area. The risk of spectator injury is greatly increased by those who are not aware of the play in progress.
Letters to Arizona Coyotes players should be sent to their attention at 9400 W. Maryland Ave., Glendale, AZ 85305. Fans should not send letters to players from opposing teams for pick-up, as they often arrive too late for delivery.
First Aid facilities are located on the Main Concourse level across from section 106 and on the Upper Concourse level across from section 220. Paramedics are also available throughout the Arena and will respond immediately when assistance is needed. Please ask the nearest Gila River Arena team member for help should you require assistance.
For Arizona Coyotes games, gates open one (1) hour prior to game time for the general public. All other events' door times may vary but generally open one (1) hour prior to show time. Door times are listed on the event page of the arena Web site or by calling Guest Services at 623.772.3240.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found may be claimed at the Guest Services Booth across from section 115 during an event. During non-event hours, lost and found items can be claimed at Gate 3 Security or via phone at 623.772.3475. Items will be retained for two weeks. After the two week retention, items may be donated to charity.
Lost Parents/Found Children
Children looking for lost parents will be escorted by Gila River Arena team members to the nearest Guest Services Booth.
The Coyotes Den is located at Gate 4. Retails locations can also be found at Gates 2 and 6 as well as the Club Suite Level and Upper Concourses.
The Nursing Mothers Room for private breastfeeding accommodations is located at section 105-106 on the Main Concourse.
The following items are not permitted into Gila River Arena: glass bottles, cans, food (other than for small children), beverages, weapons, firearms, coolers, containers, fireworks, illegal substances, noisemakers, air horns, cow bells, frisbees, helium balloons, beach balls and laser pointers. It is always a good idea to call Guest Services at 623-772-3240 for a complete list of prohibited items for non-hockey events.
Re-entry is prohibited during all events held at Gila River Arena. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergency must first visit one of our Guest Services Booths to make arrangements.
Scoreboard messages during Arizona Coyotes games are available for a $100 donation to Arizona Coyotes Charities. For more information, please call 623.772.3200.
Gila River Arena security is managed in-house with a staff that provides professional protection for the facilities, guests and performers. All guests entering Gila River Arena are subject to a non-evasive search of their belongings, as well as persons. Guests will be required to enter through our magnetometers and/or be searched via hand wand. All bags and purses will also be checked. City of Glendale police officers are on-site throughout the Arena to render assistance when needed.
Service Animals/Guide Dogs
Service animals are welcome in Gila River Arena and will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.
Sign Language Interpreters
For most events, American Sign Language interpreters are available for Gila River Arena guests. Interpreters may be arranged by calling Guest Services at 623.772.3240 at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Smoking is not permitted in Gila River Arena at any time; however, there are designated smoking areas conveniently located on the Gate 2 and Gate 6 patios of the Main Concourse. E-cigarette use is also not permitted inside Gila River Arena. Users are asked to use the smoking areas on the Gate 2 and Gate 6 patios of the Main Concourse.
Loitering, trespassing, soliciting/peddling of merchandise, apparel and tickets is not allowed on Gila River Arena property. Any exception to this policy must be approved, in advance, by Gila River Arena and the City of Glendale.
Strollers may be checked at the Guest Services booths located on the Main Concourse level by Gate 3, and on the Upper Concourse level across from section 220.
Suite Level Club
The Suite Level Club is a members-only club located on the Club Suite Level on the South end of the Arena. This club is open for guests holding Arizona Coyotes tickets for the first two rows of the lower level, Suite Level Club level seating and designated lower level seating sections as indicated on the ticket stub. The Suite Level Club may be closed during special events such as concerts and family shows and can host VIP parties during select events.
There are public telephones located at the Guest Services Booth. Please ask any Gila River Arena team member for assistance.
Television monitors are stationed throughout the building. During Arizona Coyotes games radio play-by-play is also broadcast on the concourses and restrooms to ensure that guests never miss a moment of the action.
The Box Office and Will Call Windows are located on the northeast corner of the Arena near Gate 5. Tickets may be purchased with cash, American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. Advance tickets are available during events at the inside ticket windows located on the northeast corner of Main Concourse. Tickets can also be purchased at Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster charge-by-phone at 800.745.3000 and 520.321.1000 or at any Ticketmaster outlet.
Public tours of Gila River Arena are not offered.
Gila River Arena Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts for guests when requested. Wheelchair escorts may be requested at any point of entry by asking one of our Guest Services Representatives or Security Officers. Please be aware that our team members will not remain with you during the event, nor will you be permitted to remain in an Arena wheelchair for the duration of the event. Upon request, our Guest Services Representative will also provide you with an escort after the event is over.
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at our Guest Services Booth. Our team members will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer. Electric wheelchair charging service is also available through Guest Services.
Will Call Window
The Will Call Windows are located on the northeast corner of Gila River Arena. The windows will generally remain open through the first hour of the event.
