  • Masks are recommended not required per the CDC guidelines for all guests while inside the arena, except while actively eating or drinking
  • At this time, this event DOES NOT require proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test for entry. We will update ticket purchasers if this changes as well as posting on our venue social media sites.
  • General Admission Floor ticket holders should enter through Gate 7.

Parking passes will now be paperless to allow touchless scanning from mobile devices at entry points. Parking can be purchased online prior to event day at Ticketmaster.com. Upon entry to the parking lot, present your mobile parking pass to the parking attendant for scanning.

Red Carpet Road VIP Parking includes:

  • reserved front row parking close to the venue
  • expressed entry into the venue via the VIP entrance
  • expedited entry and exit to the parking lot via an express lane

  1.  I-10 WB closed between 75th and 99th avenues in the West Valley for asphalt removal (pavement improvement project). Loop 202 NB (South Mountain Freeway) ramp to I-10 WB closed. I-10 WB on-ramp at 67th Ave closed. I-10 WB frontage road also closed between 75th and 99th avenues. I-10 WB ramp to Loop 101 NB closed. Detour: Consider exiting I-10 WB ahead of closure (including the 51st Ave exit) and using WB McDowell Rd or Van Buren St to 107th Ave to reach I-10 beyond closure. 9 p.m. Friday-5 a.m. Monday (Oct. 18)
  2. Loop 101 WB (Pima Freeway) closed between Cave Creek Rd and Seventh St in north Phoenix for widening project. SR 51 ramp to Loop 101 WB also closed. Loop 101 WB on-ramps at 56th St closed. Detour: Loop 101 WB traffic can detour by traveling south on SR 51 and using WB Union Hills Dr to NB Seventh St or Seventh Ave to reach Loop 101. East Valley drivers also can consider using Loop 202 WB in Tempe to I-10 WB and I-17 NB to avoid Loop 101 closure. 10 p.m. Friday – 5 a.m. Monday (Oct. 18)

Gila River Arena events are now mobile only ticketing. New ticket purchases will no longer be emailed, mailed, or available to print at home. Your mobile device is your ticket.

To access your tickets, download the Ticketmaster app and log into your account. Save your tickets to your mobile wallet for easy access. Upon arrival, present the barcode on your mobile tickets for entry. Click here for more detailed information on mobile ticketing.

To limit touchpoints, Gila River Arena is now a non-smoking facility. There will not be any indoor or outdoor smoking areas available for fan use during the event. Fans who exit the venue to smoke will not be permitted reentry into the venue. Cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, lighters, etc are strictly prohibited.

 First, and most importantly, the health and safety of all guests in Gila River Arena is paramount. 

Guidelines include:

  • Recommending fans wear a face covering at all times
  • Increasing sanitization of high touch point areas including door handles, hand rails, and elevator buttons
  • Installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the arena
  • Implemented a cashless environment to decrease physical contact with fans
  • Encouraging physical distancing when possible

You must follow all arena policies, including health and safety policies, and posted instructions while in the arena and on arena property. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By entering the arena and arena grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Gila River Arena has transitioned to a cashless transaction arena ensuring contactless options for food, beverage and merchandise purchases. Credit card transactions only. Cash will no longer be accepted. ATMs are not available on site.

There's no need to wait in line for your food anymore. At all events at Gila River Arena, use your mobile phone to place your order at select locations, and proceed to that location to pick up your food. It's that easy. Fans are required to download the Arizona Coyotes mobile app or scan the QR code posted on venue signage to use this feature.
