Accessible Seating Tickets

When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require such seating, so we can properly assist you. Accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena and may be purchased through Ticketmaster or by visiting the Gila River Arena Box Office. Wheelchair accessible ticket windows are located at the main Box Office at Gate 5. Adjacent companion seating may be purchased based on availability.

Purchase accessible tickets through Ticketmaster:

  1. Visit www.ticketmaster.com, select your event, click on the "Request Accessible Seating" icon

  2. Call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, or through the PA Relay Service at 7-1-1, follow the instructions to request your event, press the 9 key for accessible seating.

  3. The Gila River Arena Box Office also sells accessible seating. Please visit our ticket information page for hours and more information. For questions/concerns about accessible seating, please contact Guest Services.

  4. For accessible seat locations, please view the seating chart on the individual event pages.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing disabilities at all Gila River Arena events. To obtain an Assistive Listening Device, please visit our Guest Service location just outside section 115. Guests will be required to leave valid picture identification or credit card as collateral for the device.Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing disabilities at all PPG Paints Arena events. Accessible ATM machines are located at sections 108, 115, 205, 219 and across from suite 1147A.

Concession Stands

Concession stands are accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any food service areas, please contact the nearest usher.

Elevators

Elevators for guests with disabilities are available at Gates 1, 3, 5 and 7.

Emergencies

Escalators

Escalators to the suite level and upper concourse are available at the Gate 4 and Gate 1 entrances.Wheeled vehicles, including wheel chairs and baby strollers, are prohibited on escalators. 

Guest Services

Gila River Arena has two Guest Services Centers. The main concourse Guest Services Center is located near section 115. The upper concourse Guest Services Center is located near section 226. The Guest Services Centers provide event and arena information, answer questions, and assist with concerns or issues at Gila River Arena. These locations also serve to assist guests with disabilities. Guests may also contact Guest Services at [email protected] in advance of the event.

Accessible Parking / Drop Off

Accessible parking is available in all Gila River Arena parking lots for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. These accessible spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis, so please plan accordingly.

Drop off and pick up locations for guests is located in Lot E off of Maryland Ave.

Restrooms/ Universal Changing Tables

All public restrooms are accessible to our guests. Family restrooms are also available on each level of the arena.

There is a Universal Changing Table available in the family restroom located on the main concourse near gate 1. The table can accommodate individuals who may be larger than the weight limits of standard baby changing tables but still need accommodations while in the restroom, including individuals with special needs, veterans, elderly or anyone in need of assistance.

Service Animals

Service Animals are welcomed in Gila River Arena and will rest in the seating area of the guest with a disability, rather than in the aisle. Wheelchair accessible seating is encouraged for those with large dogs so aisle ways are not blocked.

Wheel Chair Escorts

Gila River Arena Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts for guests when requested. Wheelchair escorts may be requested at any point of entry by asking one of our Guest Services Representatives or Security Officers. Please be aware that our team members will not remain with you during the event, nor will you be permitted to remain in an Arena wheelchair for the duration of the event. Upon request, our Guest Services Representative will also provide you with an escort to the gate after the event is over.

Wheel Chair Storage

During events, wheelchairs and other assistive devices may be stored at any Guest Services Centers. If you choose to keep your device near you, it cannot block the accessible path of any other guests or be left on the concourse.

Sensory Processing Needs

Gila River Arena has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory processing needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests for all events including those with sensory processing needs. We are happy to offer the following resources and accommodations below to our guests.

Sensory Bags

Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise cancelling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services Booth located at Section 115.
