Q: Which bags are prohibited?

A: All bags are prohibited at Gila River Arena, this includes backpacks, clear bags, purses, fanny packs, diaper bags, seat cushions, laptop bags and camera bags. The only approved bags are a clutch without a strap, a wristlet or a wallet meeting the dimensions of 4.5’’ x 6.5’’.

Q: Are clear bags allowed?

A: No bags of any sort are allowed, even if they are clear. Clutches, wristlets or wallets without straps that are 4.5’’ x 6.5’’ are allowed.

Q: My bag is 4.5’’ x 6.5’’ and has a strap, is it allowed?

A: Any bag that has a shoulder strap is not permitted inside Gila River Arena. However, clutches, wristlets or wallets without straps that meet the dimensions of 4.5’’ x 6.5’’ are allowed.

A: Guests who require ADA or medical accommodations, please contact Gila River Arena Guest Services so a representative may assist you in advance of your visit. Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services Booth located at Section 115.

Q: Can I bring in a bag for my non-professional camera?

A: Bags of any sort are not allowed in Gila River Arena, this includes any camera bag.

Q: Can you hold my bag?

A: If you bring a bag, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle. There is no bag check or a place to hold any personal belongings at the arena.
