What are your COVID protocols?

Each event has different Covid-19 protocols, so it is important fans check the individual event pages for the latest status of our events or information on admission or refunds. Please note guidelines could change up to the week of the event.

Where can I buy tickets?

Fans can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster.com or AXS.com depending on the event. Gila River Arena events are mobile-only ticketing, and that means your mobile device is your ticket. We do not accept mailed or printed tickets. Download the Ticketmaster or AXS app and save the tickets to your mobile wallet for easy access. Upon arrival, present the barcode on your mobile tickets for entry.

Please note the box office is currently closed on non-event days due to Covid-19.

The Gila River Arena Box Office opens three hours prior to show time for all events. 

Can I bring a bag into Gila River Arena?

Guests are allowed to bring a crossbody, clutch, wristlet or wallet that is 4.5’’ x 6.5’’ or smaller. To learn more about our bag policy, click here

Backpacks, purses, diaper bags, seat cushions, laptop bags and camera bags are all prohibited at Gila River Arena.

Can I bring a water bottle with me?

Yes, you can bring a factory sealed water bottle under 17 ounces into the arena. Glass bottles, cans, flasks, coolers or any other outside drink is prohibited. If a tour does not allow water bottles, then the sealed water bottle will be poured into another cup provided by the arena during the security check.

Can I smoke at Gila River Arena?

Gila River Arena is a non-smoking facility. There are no indoor or outdoor smoking areas available for fans during events. Fans who exit the venue to smoke will not be permitted reentry into the venue. Cigarettes, lighters, vapes, Juuls or e-cigarettes of any kind are not permitted inside the venue.

Where can I park?

Day of event parking is available in multiple Gila River Arena Lots including lots E, G, J, LYellow, Garage or West VIP. (Available on an event-by-event basis). Parking locations open one hour prior to the event start time. Event parking fees range from $10 - $75 depending on location and cash is not accepted.

Pre-paid event parking is available and provides patrons an expedited entry and exit into lots, parking with close proximity to the arena, and guaranteed parking onsite no matter when you arrive. Pre-paid parking can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com up to one hour prior to the event start.

Can I bring my camera?

Professional photography, video recording of any kind, and/or flash photography are prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion (no GoPro type cameras, no selfie-sticks). Guests should contact Gila River Arena Guest Services for event-specific information.

Guests are allowed to bring non-professional still cameras at most events. 

Cameras are only permitted to enter the venue outside any type of case or bag.

Is Gila River Arena ADA accessible?

Yes! Gila River Arena is ADA accessible and strives to make sure everyone has a great experience at any event. Please view our ADA/Accessibility page to learn more about accessible seating, wheelchair escorts, sensory needs, service dogs, restrooms and more.

How do I report issues while I’m at the arena?

Gila River Arena has teamed with 24/7 Software to provide guests with an in-game/event texting service, allowing guests to text issues to building management anonymously and discretely without having to leave the comfort of their seat.

Guests can text the letters GRA (space) with the issue and location to 69050. 

Participation in our service is free of charge but standard carrier text messaging and data charges will apply. Text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to be removed from any list and end subscription to the service.

You can also notify any team member or security officer at the event for assistance. 



I would like to bring my child, what should I know before the event?

Each event has different requirements in terms of who requires a ticket, so please check the individual event page to see age requirements for ticket holders.

Please remember to take safety precautions in regards to concerts, as the sound can be very loud and potentially damaging to very young children. Foam ear plugs and re-useable Vibes earplugs are available for purchase by debit or credit at Gate 3 Guest Services Booth.

Immediately after scanning your ticket and going through the arena entrance, fans are required to check all strollers at one of our Guest Services booths. Strollers are not permitted beyond arena entrances. Strollers may be checked at the Guest Services Centers located on the Main Concourse level by Gate 3 by section 115 or on the Upper Concourse level across from section 226.

Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are also available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services Booth located at Section 115. 

Family bathrooms are located in the northeast and southwest corners of both the lower and upper concourse levels, as well as on both suite levels. There are also Nursing Mothers’ Rooms located at Section 106 on the Lower Concourse and Section 226 on the Upper Concourse.

Diaper bags are permitted to enter the building only through Gates 1 and 5, and must be accompanied with a child.
